Shipping policy
We will ship from the local warehouse to you depending on your shipping address and/or available inventory. Please keep in mind, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed - delays may occur due to things like inclement weather, shipping issues, customs delays, inventory shortages, or other situations beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Time
All CoolHut products enjoy free shipping.
Total Delivery Time: 4-10 business days (including 1-3 business days processing + 3-7 business days shipping), excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time
All orders placed before 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Coverage Area
We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US for our products (Excludes Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the Armed Forces of the Americas, the Armed Forces of Europe, and the Armed Forces of the Pacific regions). We will ship from the warehouse to you. International delivery is not available at this time.

Logistics Tracking
To ensure you are always updated on your order’s progress, 24 hours after your package has shipped from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email containing all of the details you need. You’ll find the shipping details inside, and a tracking number you can use to keep track of your order.

You can track your order at TRACK ORDER by entering your tracking number. Your package status can also be tracked on the official logistics websites.

Third-party collection point reminder
Use express cabinets/collection points at your own risk. It is recommended to fill in the direct delivery address to ensure the safety of the package.

In the event of any shipping-related issues, please reach out to us via our service email dreamcoolhut@gmail.com as we are more than happy to help. FedEx and UPS do not honor claims of lost packages if delivered to the correct address. CoolHut will not be liable for such claims.
